Veritas App – loyalty program for Caregivers

At the beginning of the year we launched a loyalty program and a Veritas App – a dedicated app for our Caregivers. Its main task is to quickly and easily find jobs tailored to individual needs, access to the loyalty system and improve contact with the Customer Service Office. Through our program, we want to appreciate the work of Caregivers and motivate them to achieve higher standards of care.

Access to the App have Caregivers who were or are currently with us on assignment.  Thanks to the loyalty system, they can collect points for each day spent caring for our wards and then exchange them for attractive bonuses.

 

Veritas App is constantly being developed and enriched with new features. In june we added new features such as:

  • tab “Documents” to check if the contract has already been sent and if we have received it back.
  • tab for certificates A1. Here you can see if the application has already been submitted and check the expiration dates when it is received.
  • tab for the EKUZ card. If we have already received an A1 certificate, we can apply for a card to the National Health Fund.
